| The Academic management is very complexity because it have plenty operation and skill training of Vocational College, and an important criterion to measure the level of school management. In recent years, the computer networks provides powerful information processing platform which has become increasingly popular and developed rapidly, also has brought about deep effect on job and daily life. The popularity of network provides convenient conditions for Educational Management Information System and has created an integrated office environment.With Vocational College development, the management of education because more and more onerous. To make the management of education more digital and standardized, and isolate it form the way of hand which is low efficient, also to raise the level of it, we have developed the Educational Management Information System.The Educational Management Information System which is for the College of Engineering Technology (Shandong University of Technology) relate to the entire process, from admission to graduation of each student. The system uses C/S structure to solve the problem about user focus and adapt enormous data to be processed, ensure high confidentiality of basis data. This thesis make the development model of Microsoft solutions Framework as a framework. It begins from the definition of solutions and functional need analysis, establishes a system of functional model, information model, completed the database design, code design and user interface design.Form the process of the system design and development, we used UML object-oriented technology to analysis and design the system and using C#.NET as the development of language, ADO.NET as the data access technology and SQL Server 2000 as database management system. It has much versatility and practicality. At present, the system is being tested by administrative staff of college of engineering and technology. It is running well, and gains good feedback.
