Study On Human Settlements In Residential Marginalization

Residential marginalization started in 1980s with suburbanization, which is the primary cause of the marginalization. Meanwhile, policy, transport and housing habits are also advancing marginalization of urban residents to be a part of suburbanization in future. On the other hand, it is clear that patterns of marginalization are consisted of different human settlements, and some problems appear during the period.In this paper, human settlements of residents in marginalization process are analyzed with environment theory of natural and housing system, and proposed two stratification planes of macroscopic and the microscopic environment frame. It also takes the development of JunZhuang town of Mentougou district, Beijing as an example to state measurements and residential planning to provide a kind of new mentality for the marginalization on the base of the related theory.
