The Research Of Human Settlements Of Residential Community Evaluation

Along the continuing growth of China's economy, the demand of Chinese towards residential living has risen from a place where it's so called "good to have a home" to a level where people striving to have a high quality community on Human Settlements. With the fast development of housing in China, more problems have been discovered within these communities on human settlements, In result, It becomes an obvious issue between the people's need for better quality living and the current status of residential living.In the statement of "the compendium of planning for the eleventh of five year of China's economy and social development", it pointed out that both China's economy blueprint needs to have features including smaller investments, higher outputs, lower consumption, less pollution, more recycling, sustainable development and China's society needs to have features including saving resource, friendly environment. Therefore, in order to correspond to the need of better living, it requires us to provide residential homes with a "high in comfort, low in consumption, high in environmentalism, low in pollution" standard. This means the development of China's residential building industry needs to put more emphasizes on improving the community living of these houses.However, human settlements quality covers a wide range of topics. By Referring to a lot of resources this article starts with the theory of sciences of human settlements, and then probes the inner connotation of human settlements of residential community. Based on these, this article analyses influencing factors of human settlements of residential community, and sets up an index system of human settlements quality of residential community. In addition, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), it gives value to indexes of the system.Last, this index system is put to use in an evaluation a project of residential community constructions. Also, it tests the sciential quality of this index system of human settlements quality of residential community after the analysis of the result.
