The concrete structure durability is the world-wide concerned question now. Corrosion of the steel bar and concretes are already recognized as one of the most important factors effect the durability of reinforced concrete structures.It is particularly important to research the change laws of the mechanical properties of the corroded steel bar and the corrosion concrete。Combining with the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.50478032),and the Ministry of Communications of the west transport facilities technological project(No.200631800019),following researches were done in this thesis:1,Based on the pulling test of different corrosion rate,different diameter of the deformed reinforced bar and plain bar,researched the corrosion condition HPB235 steel bar and HRB335 steel bar nominal and actual strength along with quality corrosion rate change rule.The research discovered the HRB335 steel bar the nominal yield strength the speed which drops along with the quality corrosion is bigger than HPB235,but the actual strength of the corrosion steel bar to drop is small,compared with has not corroded the steel bar may ignore.Established quality corrosion rate and weakest section corrosion rate relations.2,To eliminates the flaw of the different type steel bar ductility target not to be inconsistent,introduction uniform elongation ratio concept of theδgtthrough the pulling test research.When the section corrosion rate is small,the HPB235 level steel bar is biggest to the corrosion sensitive degree,the ductility reduces quickly,is bigger than the other types steel bar,but the HRB400 level steel bar is smallest to the corrosion sensitive degree;3,Based on the concretes compression test and the snapping back test,fitted the correlation dependence between the strength and the snapping back value,according to the related relationship and uses the snapping back value of each examination cross section concretes different spot then to estimate the concretes intensity the distributed value.Drilling-Rebound cover the two method respective insufficiency of the Drilling and Rebound,could reflect comprehensively the concrete structure the actual quality, has provided the important basis for project quality's appraisal and the evaluation;4,Based on the Young's modulus test,gotten the concretes to increase the breakdown strength along with the initial the Young's modulus to be also bigger.The Young's modulus and the strength of the old beam has not concretes relations corresponding relationships have a large discreteness.The initial elastic modulus in lab has lager than in natural condition;The concrete destroy strength has comparing centralize in lab condition,but comparing dispersion in natural condition.
