The scrap rubber powder modified asphalt belongs to the thermodynamics not accommodating system, it has the lamination, the segregation as well as the coagulation in the memory process, and it is easy to form the foreign body. The research of scrap rubber powder modified asphalt's compatibility performance influencing factor, the change rule, the reasonable assessment method as well as the enhancement compatibility performance method receives more and more take seriously. Along with the world to the asphalt service life request is getting higher and higher , the related asphalt's aged characteristic research has been one in this domain hot topics. The research of scrap rubber powder modified asphalt's anti-aging performance mechanism, seeking enhances its anti-aged performance method will be an important topic suspends in front of every researcher.In the article, we try to using microwave radiation to actives the scrap rubber powder, in order to improve the compatibility performance and the anti-aged performance then enhances its road performance. We also trying to definite the scrap rubber powder best radiation activation condition, to seek the stabilizer to enhance the activation scrap rubber powder modifying asphalt compatibility performance and to determine its mixes quantity, and to inquisit the key technologies of the activated scrap rubber powder modifying asphalt's anti-aging performance and it's mechanism. According to the orthogonal test and mean square difference ,we can obtain the best radiate condition of activate scrap rubber powder and the technological preparation of the activated scrap rubber powder modified asphalt. Appraising the performance of the activated scrap rubber powder modified asphalt, and the results show stabilization in high temperature and crack resist in low temperature of the activated scrap rubber powder modified asphalt which are better than the rubber powder modified asphalt.We choose the tube test, MAST segregation experiment and the fluorescence microscope technology to analyse the activated scrap rubber powder modified asphalt's compatibility performance. And decided the best quantity of LH-1 stabilizer, through the study of its effect to improve the compatibility performance of the actived scrap rubber powder modified asphalt.The result shows: increasesing the storage volume can improve the compatibility performance obviously; the agitation can remarkable reduces the modified asphalt segregation degree; and when the quantity of stabilizer is 5% of scrap rubber powder, the activated modified asphalt can get the best compatibility performance.Study the anti-aging performance of modified asphalt and discuss the aging mechanism of it, through the asphalt revolving thin film heating test. The results show: the activated scrap rubber powder modified asphalt's anti-aged performance excels the matrix asphalt and the scrap rubber powder modified asphalt; oxygenation is the causation of the modified asphalt's aging in essence, at the same time,we should taking product method,rubber's aging and construct technics into account.
