China's highway construction is also in a period of rapid development With the growth of the national economy.At the same time,the development of rubber powder modified asphalt pavement at home and abroad is also very rapid.In the field of highway construction,the highest construction cost is the highway.In addition,the number of used tires in China has increased in recent years,which has caused tremendous pressure on the social environment.It is necessary to study the application technology of waste rubber powder modified asphalt in highway engineering.Firstly,this paper relies on the test section of the Shangdeng Expressway Project in Henan Province to study the performance characteristics and requirements of each structural layer in the pavement structure scheme and the joint combination between the structural layers,and to carry out the thickness of each structural layer of the rubber powder modified asphalt pavement.design.Further comprehensive analysis of the lifetime cost of the asphalt pavement structure during construction,maintenance and use.It is concluded that the cost of rubber-modified asphalt pavement has a great advantage compared with SB S modified asphalt pavement,and it can protect the environment and save resources,which has great practical significance in promoting the healthy development of China's economic and social environment.Secondly,this paper combines the test section of Henan Shangdeng Expressway Project,and studies the technical characteristics of rubber powder modified asphalt based on the characteristics of rubber powder and rubber powder blending in response to the climate characteristics and raw material technical performance of Henan.The blending ratio design of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture was carried out.Finally,the road performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture was evaluated by comparative analysis of high and low temperature performance and water stability.Finally,through the test of the left half of the rubber powder modified asphalt pavement and the right half of the SBS modified asphalt pavement,the paving process of the rubber powder modified asphalt pavement and the construction quality control were carried out,and the paved completed left A series of quality inspections were carried out on the half-width rubber-modified asphalt pavement and the right-half SBS modified asphalt pavement for flatness,compaction,water permeability coefficient,structural depth and noise.The test results were compared and analyzed to evaluate the two different The performance of the modified asphalt pavement finally leads to a pavement structure with low cost and excellent performance.
