Study Of Quality Control Of Nuclear Power Engineering In Construction Phase

Quality control in project construction phase is the core of the project, it is the key determining the success or failure of the project. No quality will be no investment efficiency and project schedule, no social benefits. Therefore, quality control in project construction phase is of importance to achieve three control goals ( quality, investment, and schedule). To ensure the investment efficiency of the project, construction schedule and the social benefits, we must strengthen quality control in project construction phase, and improve the quality of the project.During the construction phase, the owner and engineering institute will make the designed objects come true, and the project entity quality will ultimately come into realization. In this paper, quality control in project construction phase was researched , and issues related with quality control at project construction stage were analyzed and studied. A lot of work were done, such as analyzing the factors affecting the quality of the project, exploring the quality control system, process control, control content, control methods and means of nuclear power project in construction phase. Besides, focusing on man, materials, construction plan, process quality control, quality-control, adhering to the principle of "quality first", and implementing the guideline of "prevention first", using PDCA cycle to improve the quality on the aspects such as staff, machinery, materials, construction methods, and environment. In addition, emphasizing on quality assurance system of the construction site and the quality management system of the contractors, managing the quality comprehensively and dealing with quality problems in the bud, to assure the quality of nuclear power project.
