Study On Improvement Of Construction Quality Management Of International Exhibition Center Project By China Construction Science & Technology Co.,LTD.

With the rapid growth of China’s economy in recent years,the construction industry has become a huge engine driving the national economic growth and has gradually become the pillar industry of China’s economy.However,there are still some difficulties in the construction industry,such as low technical level,intensive labor force,serious environmental pollution,low construction efficiency,and fragmentation of industrial chain.The fragmented competition among industry participants is obvious.In recent years,quality safety accidents frequently occur in engineering projects.No matter in the construction period or in the production and use period of construction projects,those accidents have caused a great amount of casualties and corresponding economic losses.To investigate its cause,major quality safety accident and the quality of building project are closely related.However,the development of the construction industry concerns the national economy and people’s livelihood in China.Quality directly affects the safety production of the users of construction projects,and more directly affects the development of construction enterprises.This paper takes the International Exhibition Center Project by China Construction Science& Technology Group Co.,LTD.as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of construction quality management through the project of International Exhibition Center,and analyses the problems of construction quality management from the perspectives of staffs,machinery,materials,methods and environment.Then,it puts forward the improvement countermeasures of construction quality management for the project of the International Exhibition Center Project,such as to strengthen the construction staff,improve the material management system,rationally select machinery and equipment,strengthen the supervision of quality problems and reduce the impact of the environment on the construction quality.Finally,to provide implementation guarantee for the construction quality management of the International Exhibition Center Project from four aspects:enterprise culture,quality management system,and quality management system and quality control requirements.Based on the study of the construction quality management problems existing in the International Exhibition Center Project,this paper formulates the pertinent improvement countermeasures,and combines the theory of total quality management and three-stage control to formulate the guarantee measures of construction quality management.By forming a complete quality management system,this paper provides guarantee for the next construction quality management of the project,and for the construction quality of similar projects management provides reference in theory and practice.
