This paper leads into experimental mould form analysis and the technology of parameter identification on the foundation of studying for the traditional impeller structural design of static quiet, reaches former mainly vibration( destroy ) few step inherent vibration shape and natural frequency of role for having had impeller system to carry out mould form experiment. At the same time with finite element calculation, beg natural frequency and few step inherent vibration shapes before impeller system. On this foundation, with the mould form line shape related several appraisement of degree of confidence, more above two mould form result, it is rear to reach consistent conclusion, application limited first calculation design as impeller system carries out structural optimization , for designing finalize the design of impeller to test mould form inspection. So, raise its working efficiency and reduce its self weight, reach the purpose of optimization design.
