Safety tire is referred to the presence of damage can be automatically repaired, leak proof, explosion-proof tire. Safety tire has many advantages than ordinary tire, so it can lower the traffic accident caused by tire failure. This paper reviewed the development situation of domestic and foreign safety tire, compared and summarized the current commonly used safety tire technology and its future development trend.This paper takes the honeycomb structure tire as the research object, with the help of ANSYS WORKBENCH, in full consideration of the geometric nonlinearity, contact nonlinearity caused by the deformation of tire, honeycomb tire for finite element analysis was carried out, through the study on the influence of tire mechanics, on the performance of honeycomb carcass structure static contact distribution stress and stiffness properties, and get some conclusion results, for future industrial production of honeycomb tire get the necessary data information.In this paper, according to the characteristics of honeycomb structure, a mould is simple and feasible design. The mould fully take into account the impact of process of honeycomb tire itself structure on the quality of the products, and considering the ease of forming combined with the forming process of polyurethane materials, in ensuring the quality of tire and requirements of the premise, the selection of the mould structure is simple, the processing cost in order to reduce the difficulty and the tire mould manufacturing.Because of its unique bionic honeycomb structure, not only can play the anti prick explosion-proof function, but also to the damping effect of the same with ordinary rubber tire, destined to occupy the important a space for one person in the field of future safety tire.
