Front-fork suspension system is widely used in agricultural transporters and motorcycles. Vehicle's dynamic behavior and ride comfort are affected directly by the front-fork suspension system.The main element of the suspension system referred to is a kind of double-acting gas-column cylindrical hydraulic bumper absorber. The property of it is primary affected by damping force and rigidity.Computer aided testing technology is a new technology appeared in recent years.This paper deals with building mathematical model based on the principal of hydrodynamics after analyzing the construction of some type of bumper absorber and simulating under the support of simulating language MATLAB on computer.Computer aided testing system was studied to rate the property of the front-fork suspension system. Construction of the hardware and the design of software of the CAT system and the mathematical model were presented. Relevant conclusion was got after comparing the result of simulation and test.
