The Study On Commercial Spatial Structure Of Shangluo

The urban commercial spatial structure is an important component of the urban spatial structure. Our scholars have got a few accomplishments in the research to urban commercial spatial structure of the plain area, shown by: taken the central place theory as basis and combined with examples, it has carried out analysis on the centre and grade of commercial networks and provided suggestions. Judging from research results, the commercial spatial structure of plain city adapts to "the positive hexagon" constructed by the central place theory. But the representative commercial spatial structure of hilly cities is mostly irregular. This paper tries to determine the commercial spatial structure of Shangluo, which is one of the representative hilly cities, through the urban scale of commercial grade structure and transport links between towns.Shangluo is the important commercial place of south east Shaanxi to develop down the ages. Shangluo path (also called Shangyu path in the ancient) is one of the main highways to Qinchi path, known as "the throat of Qin and Chu", which is the traffical artery connecting Chang'an to all fields of southeast and the Central Plains area. Shangluo is still an important commercial city of southern Shaanxi now. With the development and construction of he Qiling Mountains Nature Reserve, the tourism and business of Shangluo will usher in greater opportunities and challenges.Firstly, emphasizing the evolutional process of Shangluo's commercial spatial structure dynamically, the paper has carried out the laws of it, and applied clustering analysis onto its commercial system, according to the corresponding relation between the retail institution and commercial spatial structure. Secondly, based on general acting factors and particular ones, it has analyzed the driving factors of the evolutional process and the developing conditions of the commercial spatial structure qualitatively. Finally, it leads the appraising index system about city spatial structure into the valuation on Shangluo's commercial spatial structure appropriately. Besides, it has carried out the rational optimization on its commercial spatial structure according to appraising result, and brings forward a few feasible ideas.
