In this paper, it'll discuss the features, composition and design requirements of high-level intelligent building, analyze its superiority and social efficiency, and study its construction principle and the present trend of development. It is people-oriented, focusing on the equipment and the functional design. The three traditional structure systems are becoming more and more uncompetitive, unable to meet the new requirements.Then, by analyzing the earthquake-resistant methods of traditional structure, we will find that these methods can not meet the needs of earthquake-resistant design for the high-level intelligent buildings. Moreover, the characteristics of uncertainty of the height that the earthquake attacks and the huge economic losses from modern earthquakes may draw our attention to the must of developing the focus from only on the safety of structure in the past to on either the performance of the structure, or security and economic development in many aspects.In the latest earthquake-resistant design, after the study on performance-based earthquake-resistant design, the paper will bring forward the characteristics of the high-level intelligent building, based on the function of the structure of the earthquake-resistant design. This design of the high-level intelligent building should be based on the flow chart. According to the owner's demands, construction functions and investment-benefit principle, we will determine the function of the object, then the safety criteria for high-level intelligent building based on structural and functional design; compare the three optimizing and decision-making models based on the reliability of functional structural objective; through analyzing of the initial costs of the high-level intelligent building, the maintenance costs of inspection, the failure cost of the assessment model; we'll establish a high-level intelligent building based on optimizing and decision-making models relaying on functional earthquake-resistant.This paper put forward a selection of investment - efficiency standards for the structural design of high-level intelligent building. Through detailed discussion on level of analysis and comparison FAHP, it will make a suitable high-level intelligent building structure in view of the Selection FAHP by the expert system evaluation method, and propose to build a high-level intelligence structure of its selection of examples. And to explore on smart materials, conducting high-level intelligence based on the structural design of buildings, we will use the new building materials, energy-saving materials, such as intelligent design materialFinally, it will analyze the structural performance assessment method of this high-level intelligent building, after the current comparison of two evaluation methods on intelligent building, the research suggests using GBIAM of intelligent buildings to high-level intelligence assessment. Then it will discuss the earthquake's function on equipment system of the high-level intelligent building, and discuss the earthquake-resistant fortification of intelligent equipment problem.
