In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,high-rise building is developing rapidly.In order to provide people a better living and working environment,the modern high-rise building towards the comprehensive shape and functional diversity.Such as in the same high-rise buildings,the above decorated of small studio houses hotels and other forms,the following arranges into entertainment such as shopping malls and culture catering.In order to satisfy the using demand of the building and the rationality of structure arrangement,it takes reinforced concrete frame structure at the bottom of the complex large space building usually,the upper small bay floor usually takes shear wall structure system,when this kind of structure changes,it usually sets transformation layer in a lower floor.This kind of structure transmit vertical force discontinuously,and transition layer up and down stiffness difference much,It's easy to have a stiffness mutation,it is harmful to the structure seismic.At present the research of this kind of complex structure is not very deep,there are still many deficiencies,and the current specification in our country,the relevant provisions of this kind of structure is not consummate,we need to study the transformation layer forms and the location of the entire building structure seismic effect for specific structure carefully.How to evaluate the seismic performance of this kind of belt conversion layer structure has became the subject of many structure seismic researchers and designers.In this paper we study the most widely used beam transformation layer,the formation of high conversion structure system,proceed the structure and seismic performance analysis.Through PKPM and MIDAS BUILDING two kinds of finite element analysis software check the rationality and security of the layout of the structure firstly,then change the set position of the transformation layer,set up four basic models,utilize shape decomposition response spectrum method to concluded parameters such as floor displacement and displacement angle between the layers under seismic action,through the comparison of these parameters,concluded the seismic performance influence under the change of the location of the transformation layer in structure,analyze the structure under severe earthquake with elastic time history analysis and static analysis at last,then take the overall evaluation of High conversion of the transformation layer set in 6 layer structure on the seismic performance.The methods this article adopt is mainly as the followings: the modal response spectrum method,the elastic time history analysis and pushover analysis.Totally,this article provides more practical advice for the conversion layer design through a series of researches and analysis.
