The strategy about industrial design's imitation and innovation is a universal originality action,and it is an important method for many companies to participate in competition.The main body of the article is to analyze the importance,advantage and inferiority of strategy about industrial design's imitation and innovation,and expound the method of it to put into practice,and study some questions in it in the end.The traditional innovation mainly refers to maintains independence and keep initiative when innovate.In industrial design domain,only the minority leading enterprise can eagerly anticipate the design unrest,but our country enterprise mostly faces problems of lacking of fund,and the ability of designer to be limited.It's difficult to keeps independent innovation.Therefore,the strategy about industrial design's imitation and innovation is a current practical choice for homeland industrial design.But as a result of globalization development,information technology popularization,we must have the new mentality that is supposed to these changes.This article is divided five chapters,The introduction,the design imitation innovation strategy superior inferiority analysis,the design imitation innovation and our domestic enterprise innovation strategy choice,the design imitation innovation strategy implementation,the implementation design imitation innovation strategy should pay attention to questions.Details to designs the imitation innovation strategy from to introduce to the implementation process,as well as in the implementation which carried on the elaboration.In the second chapter,carries on the elaboration to the product competitive power and the enterprise competitive power superiority,and suppose the inferiority to carry on the analysis.In third chapter,unifies our country current industrial design development present situation to analyze the necessity,and point out some successful cases by taking some explanations.In the fourth chapter, discuss specifically the implementation which needs methods and premise.Through research design life cycle decision implementation opportunity,we can overcome the barriers through the inverse design.And through business Process Reengineering,to optimize enterprise organizational structure,Through the Customer Relationship Management to establish the user and the design interactive database,through the network marketing,we can market our design.
