| The electronic belt weighter is a metrology instrument which weighs the materials continuously during the conveyer belt conveys the solid materiel.It's one of the most widely used instruments in the industry production.It is usually applied to the mine,the metallurgy,the colliery,the chemical plant,the building materials,the light intustry etc.With the electronic belt weighter,the enterprises have better work efficiency,more incomes and fewer errors while employing fewer workers and having lower cost.The electronic belt weighter deeply improves the automation degree of the industry production.In the modern pipelining circumstance which needs higher metage precision,the performance of the electronic belt weighter has an important function to the efficiency and quality of the industrial production.Compared with the traditional electronic belt weighter,the new electronic belt weighter,which designed based on the embedded system,is more advanced in the calculation speed,the precision,the data processing capability,the information exchange capability etc.The embedded system has many peculiarities,such as the better network performance and the portability of software,the shorter development period etc.These will improve the integration,reliability,adaptability and the ability of upgrade of the electronic belt weighter.Designing the electronic belt weighter based on embedded system has profound meanings in the embedded system,the weighing-machine and industry.Firstly,the paper researched the present condition and trend of the electronic belt weighter and the embedded system at home and abroad,and then researched the electronic belt weighter's principle and structure.According to the trend of the electronic belt weighter and embedded system's development,the paper thinks it is practical that the design of electronic belt weighter based on embedded system.The coalescent of the electronic belt weighter and the embedded system will make each other have tremendous development at the time of improving the electronic belt weighter technology.On the basis of the above paragraphs,the paper selected the Samsung Company's microprocessor S3C44B0X as CPU,which used the ARM7TDMI core.By using S3C44B0X,the paper designed the circuit of the electronic belt weighter's control system with peripheral hardware equipments such as memorizer(Flash and SDRAM), UART,Ethernet(CS8900 A)etc.For the convenience of the transplantation and upgrade of system software,the paper used the embedded operation system in the electronic belt weighter.According to the hardware of the control system,the paper configured the u-boot and theμClinux,and successfully caught out the transplantation of u-boot andμClinux.For the convenience of managing the hardware inμClinux and the development of the application program,the paper had wrote the drivers for the AD,some general I/O ports and the keyboard of the S3C44B0X at the time of configuring the drivers of Ethernet and UART etc.Finaly,the paper had programmed the application procedure on the Linux platform,and used the grey theroy in the application procedure.The paper used the grey filter in the electronic belt weighter's data processing to improve its precision. |
