With the development of the network, computer and control technology, the automated system of shipping is being developed in digitization, intelligent, networked direction. Regard on-the-spot network as control network, regard Ethernet as communication network, the new automatic scheme of shipping taking satellite communication as tie that long-range information is mutual, have realize the integration of the information and control, has formed the information integrated system of shipping.This text has pointed out the "bottleneck" problem in the information integrated system of shipping-data sharing between Ethernet and field bus. This text proposes the solution of adopting LAN network as public network of shipping. And it uses embedded systematic technology to solve the net surfing problem of intelligent monitor module.The focal point of this text lies in the design of the intelligent monitor module. This module including lash interface part, SDRAM interface part, CAN bus controls and interface part, Analog interface part and switch interface part etc. In it I also accomplished the design of hardware, the core of which is Samsung Company's 32-digit embedded microprocessor-S3C44BOX, and drew the principle picture of the hardware.Design the circuit board developed to oneself, it is unavoidable that the ones that the start code are written. The writing of the startup code and the transplantation of μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system have been systemically discoursed on at great length, and relative programs are provided in this paper too. This is one of the key technology of this text.μC/OS-Ⅱ has not provided the unified standard interface for driver. Have adopted the self-defining interface of the method of abstract layer of the driver in this design. Through point to different driver, mount the driver in for the operating system. On the basis of operating system and driver , have written the application program of CAN communication.
