High voltage circuit breaker is one of the important equipment of power system, play a role of electric power transmission and control tasks and so on, so its safe operation is very important. How to avoid the unexpected power outage, most shorten the blackout time, reduce maintenance costs, extend the service life of equipment, optimize the using process of equipment, has become a important issue of the current electric power industry, and contains a huge economic and social benefits. Condition based maintenance of high voltage circuit breaker usually contains three links: state detection, condition assessment and the maintenance decision-making, and the state detection and assessment is the basis for maintenance decision-making. Therefore, this paper study the online monitoring and condition assessment system of the high voltage circuit breaker.First of all, the paper analyzed the monitoring techniques and methods of current signal, voltage signals, dynamic contact trip signals, simultaneity of closing or opening signal, vibration signal, state of closing spring, accumulated using life and accumulated using numbers of high voltage circuit breaker, and formulates the corresponding monitoring hardware structure diagram.Secondly, the paper established the comprehensive evaluation model of circuit breaker based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. Several typical factors affecting the electrical service life of circuit breaker is selected to establish factor sets, the membership function of each factor is established according to its characteristics, and then the fuzzy relationship matrix is established; Then the weight sets of evaluation factors is determined according to the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and so on; The feasibility and practicability of the model is proved by example.Finally, the paper analyzed the integral structure of on-line monitoring and condition assessment system of high voltage circuit breaker, and the condition assessment system of high voltage circuit breaker is obtained.
