The involute few teeth difference planetary transmission is suitable for all powers, the speed range and all working condition. It causes many countries' wide spread attention, becomes one of key research directions in mechanical transmission. So, structural analysis and optimization in design are important for improving the product quality and reducing the production cost.For those, on the base of introducing research background and significance, analyzing and discussing the structural theory of Three-Ring Gear Reducer, applying its some reasonable designed model, this dissertation adopts the scheme of planetary gear reducer with few teeth difference. Through adequately making use of the theory of few teeth difference transmission, adopting structure of power input with oscillating multi-axis, let outer-gear axis output the large wring instead of output mechanism W, Furthermore, eccentric bearing's outside diameter isn't confined. As a result, the structure is very simple and compact. And alleviating disadvantages of liberation, noise and over-heat, the novel gear reducer gives new way to meet the needs of the developing mechanical transmission.With fuzzy reliability optimization technology, parametrization modeling technology, dummy assemble and simulation technology, this paper optimized design parameter of the involute few teeth difference planetary transmission organization. This can enhance the modernized design level of the few teeth difference planetary transmission, has certain theory value for mechanical design.Firstly, this paper introduced the involute few teeth difference planetary transmission organization and its structural design., analyzed determined parameter, meshed transmission limiting condition and the dislodgement coefficient choice of the few teeth difference planetary transmission organization. This established the theory foundation for following optimization design and CAD/CAE analysis. Determination about the modification coefficients of few teeth difference transmission is fairly essential task, which some limitations, such as the minimum overlapped coefficient of this gear couple, should be decided ahead. This dissertation programmed some codes to calculate those coefficients in light of the idea and theory of so called closed-diagram.Secondly, based on traditional design, for the design requirements and the working condition, this paper established a fuzzy reliability model by using principle of fuzzy mathematics and analysis of fuzzy reliability of the involute few teeth difference planetary transmission organization. Accordingly, the fuzzy-optimization model was changed to routine-optimization model. Optimization codes were also programmed to solve the problemby means of another powerful software MATLAB. And then, this paper obtained the best result of the few teeth difference planetary transmission optimization design.Finally, the author established inner meshing gears model in Pro/ENGINEER software, and carry out the dummy assemble and movement simulation with a good result. By parametrization modeling technology, enact the geometry relation among gear, bearing seat, cover board, form series of product, make three-dimensional model to build quickly.
