The three-ring reducer is a novel kind of internal planetary transmission with few teethdifference. When the three-ring gear driving is loading heavily, the actual contact toothnumber will exceed the theoretic contact tooth number calculated by contact ratio whichraise loading capability of gearing.This kind of gear driving has some distinguishadvantages, such as simplicity and compactness in structure, small mass, large transmissionratio, high load-bearing, long life-time low costs, etc. It is increasingly used in the modemindustry, metallurgy, transportation, encircle and so on. Therefore, it is of great directingsignificance for designing and researching various inner planetary gear drives andimproving the current construction of the three-ring reducer to overcoming its vibration andnoise to put forward a complete theoretical model and analyzing method.This dissertation analyses the current transmission mechanism and dynamic reaction,through adequately considering movement link's contact deformation and internal toothzone plate's entirety deformation and making use of deformation coordination condition, aover-constrained three-phase juxtaposition double crank's dynamic model is created basedon theory of planar linkage machines, then make a design for the structure of reducer,analyses and researches three-ring reducer's dynamic properties which transmit with inputshaft while it works. For traditional three-ring's reducer moment of inertia unbalance, thedissertation puts forward a novel kind of three-ring two-phase reducer, designs the structureof reducer, and creatures the dynamic mathematical model of the novel reducer andresearches moment of inertia balance and dynamic properties including percussion action.Conclusion are drawn that the dynamic load (including inertia force, moment of inertia, etc)on the block produced by the three-ring transmission mechanism of novel reducer can becompletely balanced, and when each phase mechanism passing stop, its percussion loaddecrease greatly, haves achieved the goal of declining vibration, reducing noise, prolongingbearing life-time as expected.
