The three-ring typed less teeth difference gear reducer (TRGR) is a new type oftransmission device developed on the basis of involute few teeth difference (FTD)planetary transmission which is designed to meet the demand of modern machinetransmission. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, large transmission ratio,high bearing capacity, etc. This article focuses on the current TRGR over-vibration andhigh noise problem caused by physical design of TRGR, which is based on referring toa lot of documents about the physical design and transmission performance analysis onTRGR, put forward and further makes theoretical research and overall design onthree-phrase five-ring gear reducer with the combination of design conditions on beampumping unit reducer.It analyzed the principle and ratio of TRGR transmission. Analyzed the stress onthe drive gear, deduced the deformation and harmony equation, calculated and analyzedthe stress on tooth ring flat-plate, input shaft, support shaft and output shaft, drew theforce curve of all the components under concrete parameter and analyzed static anddynamic balance.It made an error analysis to the driving force of three-phrase five-ring gear reducer,through the equivalent stiffness of load balancing device, I build up a force modelconsidering the deformation of tooth ring flat-plate. Due to the solving process iscumbersome, we can determine the relation between the values of K under differentconditions and the angle of rotation through some transmission constraints, at the end,we can get the design standard about the stiffness of load balancing device which is inthe turning arm bearing.Design the structure of three-phrase five-ring gear reducer exhaustively, includingto determine the design conditions and transmission scheme, uesd differentialapproximation method to indicate few teeth difference inside engaged gear modificationcoefficient in slotting cutter treatment, which made transmission part smaller andcompact, calculates the reducer’s transmission efficiency, checks the fatigue strengthand contact strength of the gear at main transmission part, designed and checkedeccentric sleeve’s structure, at the end of the whole design, completed assemblingdrawing and parts drawing which may be a reference model for future research onthree-phrase five-ring gear reducer.
