As one of the core component elements of Parking Guidance System, is mainly used to assist the travelers in choosing optimal path to achieve destinations. Since the changing traffic information, how to provide the dynamic and effective path solutions for the travels is one of most challenging subjects at home and abroad. This paper, puts forward an improved dynamic route guidance technology which is mainly aimed at the problem in dealing with mutative traffic matter in Route Guidance Technology, the work is as follows: Firstly, based on the researches of functional requirements of Parking Guidance System, combining with the research and analysis of PGS and dynamic route guidance technology at home and abroad, this paper applies dynamic route guidance technology to Parking Guidance System.Secondly, by analyzing inconstant characteristic of urban traffic status, aiming at the differences between static and dynamic weight, combining with the result of intersection traffic flow forecast, this paper decides the switching time between static and dynamic guidance, investigates foundation of road network model, provides dynamic route guidance algorithm with data support. by combining and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the present popular route guidance algorithm, with the researches requirements, this paper chooses Dijkstra algorithm as the basic algorithm of route guidance, and analyzes Dijkstra algorithm deeply and uses and adjusts this algorithm in search scope and guidance way in particular enviroment.Finally, this paper establishes road network model on Geographic Information System, implement route guidance algorithm. Practice shows that the algorithm has optimized computational process to some extent, reduced computational amount, and realized the combination of static and dynamic. Application shows that applying dynamic route guidance technology to Parking Guidance System can provide timely and effective assistance for travelers and monitoring center, alleviate the pressure and solve problems of traffic congestion and chaos.
