With the development of fuel vehicles, more and more people are concerning about the electrical performances of the devices in fuel vehicles, Among which switch mode power supply for inverter use is one of the most important one.We adopt current mode high-frequency flyback converter as our DC-DC converter. The inverter is composed of flyback converter circuit, high frequency transformer and control circuit. The high-frequency technique makes it possible for the power converter to be compact and light weight. Soft-switch technique is applied to PWM method. The protection circuits are designed. The simple topology leads to fewer components and reduced cost. What's more, the small signal model of flyback converter is established to analysis the performance of the system which can help us in the design work.Flyback converter are designed and manufactured based on theories discussed above. The steps of simulation and manufacture are discussed in detail. Finally, the simulation and experimental results are presented and are analyzed.
