On one hand, Hybrid electric vehicle introduces the traditional technologies of automobile and existing industrial base. On the other hand HEV is of characteristics of energy-saving and environment protection. So, it has become one of the most potential models to solve energy shortages and environmental pollution in the market. In view of our country's conditions, we should vigorously promote the development of HEB, and further improve fuel economy which is the focus of the study.The paper unfolds research work on the HEV control strategy key technology—Energy distribution and regenerative braking. Firstly, use ADVISOR simulation software to model, select parameters base on the simulation analysis, optimize parameters to the aim of minimum power of dynamical system. Secondly, depend on ADVISOR simulation platform, design a fuzzy logic driven control strategy based on the original control strategy which designed by our subject group, and design a parallel brake control strategy. Control strategy models are created in MATLAB/SIMULINK and successfully imbedded in the ADVISOR to simulation and analysis. Lastly, from the simulation results, the control strategy is proved to be more effective and practical compared with the original control strategy. That lay the foundation of the hardware design of energy management system.
