The Study Of Diffusion Rule And Control About Air-curtain Typed Lampblack Presser

With the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, Kitchen fumes pollution have become a problem which everyone concerns. More and more people have realized the harmful effects of Kitchen fumes. The Kitchen fumes mainly refer to some oil-mist from cooking, and it is much more harmful to human health than the cigarette does. In addition, the kitchen fumes are characterized of inertia force and buoyancy force, and show strong permeability and viscosity. So Kitchen fumes not only pollute kitchen space, but also cause certain bad effects on indoor environment in adjacent region. Accordingly, the control of cooking Kitchen fumes turn into the key for kitchen IAQ optimization control.In this paper , we studied a new blowing-suction typed lampblack presser. Compared with common lampblack pressers, a air curtain has been set at the front-end. The region of oil fume and the region of operation are isolated by air curtain. So this kind of lampblack pressers have better effects on the control of oil fumes. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and optimize the condition of the blowing-suction typed lampblack presser.Firstly, the experimental model is established according to the design scheme of lampblack presser. And the CFD technology has been Utilized in calculation of air distribution. Then, the The experiment is carried out on the basis of calculation results.The main study contents are as follows:1. It analyses cooking oil fume component and its harm to human body, compare several kinds of cooking oil fume control system and analyses factors that affect the control.2. Considering the influence of the air crutain and different air suppy modes(upward air supply mode and downward air supply mode), the velocity field of the indoor air-flow organization of the kitchen is computed, and the corresponding optimal air supply velocities are obtained.3.Considering the upward air supply mode and the downward air supply mode, An air curtain has been aided to the front-end of the depth-suction typed lampblack presser. Then the effects of the fume control on different conditions have been observed, and the wind velocity field between lampblack presser and cooking stove has been measured.
