Along with the progress of the Times, people are increasingly demanding on the surrounding environment health, pollution problems become the focus of attention in the kitchen. As an important part of residential kitchen, however, is the most concentrated equipment life, pollutant distribution is the most serious areas. Due to plenty of nitrogen oxides generated in the cooking process, combustion gas such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and lampblack, water vapor, the harmful material such as ozone, the serious influence within the kitchen clean sanitation and indoor air quality. At the same time, the kitchen pollution also seriously affect the health of the indoor personnel. This study is subject to xi ’an construction science and technology project funding. According to the measured one residential kitchen pollutant distribution, the author choose three window height and five kinds of lampblack machine and window Settings for 16 kinds of working conditions, such distance, using computer simulation software Fluent for pollutants inside the kitchen(based on the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide as a representative pollutant) simulation analysis, compared with the measured data and simulation data. Therefore, this article has carried on the detailed work as follows:(1) In this paper, the measurement model simulated kitchen, which measured the kitchen door closed, open the lampblack machine, window sill height is 0.8 m, window and the distance of 1.9 m, lampblack machine model and simulated calculation, set the boundary conditions and the simulation results compared with the measured data, in order to validate the simulation model and boundary conditions are reasonable and accurate.(2) On the basis of the measured model calculation, through the window height transformation model, this paper studies the window as a natural draught, kitchen is different under the height of the sill of the indoor pollutant concentration distribution, to find the best window height in the kitchen.(3) On the basis of the measured model calculation, this paper by varying the window and the distance of lampblack machine, research in as natural filling draught of the kitchen window, window and pollutant concentration distribution under the different distance of kitchen lampblack machine, kitchen window, and the optimal distance of lampblack machine.(4) On the basis of the measured model calculation, this paper choose different fill the wind temperature, studies the influence of different season window on the indoor pollutant distribution.(5) On the basis of the measured model calculation, this paper simulated window and the relative position of lampblack machine, the distribution of pollutant concentration relatively reasonable kitchen layout.
