Focusing on the globoid indexing cam, the dissertation, starting with the practical processing, analyzes and researches the meshing theory of globoid index cam, the reverse design of follower motion specifications and numerical control of cam profile deeply by differential coefficient geometry and special meshing theory.Globoid indexing cam is a new gearing to achieve high speed and high degree of accuracy indexing motion. It is extensive used in various kinds of automatic mechanism interval dislocation mechanism and stepping moving institution of automatic production line. The key of manufacturing globoid indexing cam mechanism is the processing of globoid cam, the development of NC technique and the change of manufacturing mode.The reverse design of follower motion specification for globoid indexing cam mechanisms is studied in detail. Research on anti-programming of follower motion specification in order to overcome the problem that cutting feed excess accretion following institution movement velocity when processing curved surface, And finally achieved well-distributed of actual cutting feed.Based on the characteristic of spatial meshing curved surface of globoid cam mechanism, analyzing special limitation and interfere problem in active processing and departure center installation of work piece, programming arithmetic named"coordinate parallel move method point by point"is raised to eliminate departure center installation of work piece and minis special limitation and interfere. At last, based on this theory, a processing program for globoid cam profile is programmed using Visual C++ 6.0.Based on the achievement of the design of globoid cam profile, the reverse method of motion specifications, each experiment and analysis are done. The results show that this technology is correct and feasible. Thereby, the theory and methods proposed in this dissertation are correct and have important theoretical and actual value.
