The globoid indexing cam mechanisms which have numerous functions, including accurate transmission, direction and control, are widely used in automatic production fields, such as tobacco, printing, pharmacy and so on. The design of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms is primary on account of the project of statics and kinematics, losing sight of dynamic. Due to the periodic inertia moment during the operation, there is a gap about quantitative value between theory and practicality from the globoid indexing cam mechanisms. With the development of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms towards to super-speed and top precision, the dynamism receives the increasing widely attention.The thesis establishes the multi-degree of freedom dynamism math model of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms based on machinery system dynamics, and studies the dynamism property with utilizing ADAMS and ANSYS to set up virtual prototype in order to simulate dynamics. The primary coverage as follows:(1) Studied the main mechanism parameters of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms. The influence factor on the mechanics dynamism property is analyzed in detail, which offering the adequate theoretical basis to research the mechanics dynamism property accurately.(2) Focused on the dynamism math model of he globoid indexing cam mechanisms. In accordance with machinery system dynamics and utilizing lumped mass method, the thesis establishes the multi-degree of freedom dynamism math model of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms, which provides theoretical basis for the virtual prototype dynamic analysis.(3) Researched ANSYS modal analysis of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms output shaft.(4) By ADAMS and ANSYS, rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototype of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms been built and took on the dynamics simulation to proving the correctness of the dynamism math model.(5) Lucubrated the emulated date and analyzed by synthesis the impacts about the different mechanism parameters and work condition on the dynamism property of the globoid indexing cam mechanisms.
