Study On Urban Public Open Space System Planning In The Stage Of Master Planning

Urban public open space system is an important sub system of urban space, and it only can function well through being guided by systematic planning. There are no particular rules in urban planning laws in our country, and contents of urban public open space control are separated in the contents of related planning. For that, it is hard to analyze and choose public open space from perspective of whole city, and is easy to neglect the inner connection of urban public open space system in the process of planning design and implementation management.Based on this, from the viewpoint of systematically integrating of urban public open space, the study discusses the technique and method of planning formulation of public open space on the level of master planning. The core content is integrating related control contents of public open space in other special planning to the planning of urban public open space system.The study makes it clear, what is the function and requirement of urban public open space system planning in the stage of master planning according to related rules in planning laws and rules, and guiding by this it makes the framework of planning. The considerate contents of public open space systematical planning include the inner structure (the city inner horizontal and vertical structure), the outside form and the relationship between them. In the controlling process of urban public open space system planning, it could achieve the goal of controlling and management through dealing with its level, function and spatial distribution structure of systematic structure of public open space.
