| Gearbox is the one of the most important part of transmission system, its behavior will influent the performance of the wind turbine. This thesis researches the response of typical gearbox under transient loading by Virtual Prototyping technology. The main tasks in this paper are as following:1) The virtual prototypes of transmission system based on 1.5 MW wind turbine has build and assembled by software Pro/E and ADAMS.2) Dynamical analysis on virtual prototyping of wind turbine's commission system has finished under typical situations. Corrosion process of gear has simulated by use of contact function. According to the results, gear strength has checked.3) By use of ADAMS and ANSYS, coupling analysis between rigid and flexible parts has finished. |
