Research On Project Risk Management For Transmission And Distribution Overhauling

This paper introduced the basic theories of project risk management, combined with practical production, and put forward that the key of project risk management of transmission & distribution overhauling is dangerous point analysis and its predictive control. This paper made further studies on project risk management of transmission & distribution overhauling, identification, estimation and countermeasure of risk factors. On this basis, it proposed the standardization process of dangerous point analysis and its predictive control of transmission & distribution overhauling project in the maintenance operation, and made a preliminary achievement on risk management of transmission & distribution overhauling project.Through introduction in this paper we can get basic understanding of project risk management methods for transmission & distribution overhauling. I hope this paper can help to enhance risk awareness and risk management ability of risk manager.
