Electric power industry is the most important basic energy industry in the development of national economy,which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.All countries in the world are giving priority to the development of electric power industry.Overhead transmission line is an important part of the power industry,is the main artery of power transmission,with the basic characteristics of intensive capital,long construction period,complex construction environment,etc.These characteristics are the root cause of uncertainty in the construction process of overhead transmission line engineering project,but also the main cause of schedule risk.Therefore,how to use scientific management method to find out and reduce the related risks that affect the project progress,improve the risk management level of this kind of project,and thus improve the benefit and efficiency of overhead transmission line project management is a big problem faced by investment and construction enterprises.This paper attempts to solve this problem from the perspective of project risk management.Based on the relevant theories of project schedule management and risk management,this paper starts from the construction progress and the actual needs of overhead transmission line project of Honghe power supply bureau,select the specific case of "the project of incoming and outgoing lines of 220 kV Mengla substation" for qualitative and quantitative analysis of project schedule risk,and establish a schedule risk management system suitable for overhead transmission line engineering projects.Firstly,this paper lists the possible progress risk factors in each stage of the project by using case analysis method and brainstorming method.Then,the relatively important risk factors were obtained through questionnaire survey to exclude the factors with little relevance to the project.Afterwards,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the relevant risk factors were quantitatively analyzed to find out the main risk factors.In addition,the risk control and countermeasures of "the project of incoming and outgoing lines of 220 kV Mengla substation" are discussed and analyzed by combining with risk factors and applying scientific methods.Finally,the conclusion isdrawn.Based on the actual work of the author,this paper carried out a study on the risk management of the project progress of "the project of incoming and outgoing lines of220 kV Mengla substation".According to each stage of the project construction cycle,the project schedule risk is identified,evaluated and studied,so as to realize the comprehensive progress management of 220 kV mengla project.It is expected to provide scientific guidance for the project managers of overhead transmission lines in yunnan to deal with all kinds of schedule risks.
