The rapid development of the electric power industry to the national economy has an important supporting role, bears an important responsibility to support national economic development and protection of national life,supply of electricity is directly related to thousands of families, various industries,is the basis of our national economy. With the rising domestic demand for electricity, power engineering construction investment is also increasing.However, given the actual situation, the power transmission project,subject to many uncertainties,not risk factors for in-depth analysis of the normal power project invested enterprises and domestic electricity production will be a bigger threat.As for Transmission project in Jiaozhou Yunxi, the study first expounded the theory of project risk management. Through practical research, the paper finished identification and classification of the risk in the power transmission project of Jiaozhou Yunxi. Furthermore, it built risk assessment index system of the project based on the risk characteristics of the project. Using the analytic hierarchy process it finished construction of the project risk hazard model, and gave the project sort of risk factors and finally established a fuzzy risk analysis model, which came to the risk level of each risk factor. Finally, for risk assessment of Jiaozhou Yunxi power transmission and transformation engineering project, the paper has given the corresponding countermeasures which aimed at Jiaozhou Yunxi power transmission and transformation engineering project risk management decision making.
