As a social public service related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,electric power undertakes the important mission of ensuring national energy security,promoting green and low-carbon development,and serving the people’s better life.As a key link in the construction of the power grid,the power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of large investment amount,long construction period,high technical content,difficult construction,and many participants,and there are large construction management risks,coupled with the relatively small systematic research on the risk management of transmission and transformation projects in the State Grid Corporation system,so its research is particularly important.This paper takes the 110 k V Anfeng power transmission and transformation project implemented by the State Grid Lianyungang Power Supply Company as a sample,through a detailed analysis of the project risk management theory,especially the relevant theories of risk assessment,risk identification,evaluation and prevention and control.The power transmission and transformation project is empirically analyzed,and on the basis of fully grasping the frontier dynamics of theoretical research and the practice of power transmission and transformation project management as the original data of the project,comprehensively using the research methods of project management,the characteristics of the project are comprehensively analyzed.,identified the project risk sources in detail,divided 6 types of risk factors,and identified 50 risk factors.Combined with the actual situation of the project,the LEC model and the risk factor evaluation system of the 110 k V Anfeng power transmission and transformation project were established,and the three index values of the occurrence frequency,probability and consequence of 50 risk factors and the comprehensive index values were calculated respectively,and the power transmission and transformation project was obtained.There are 5 serious risks,7 general risks,and 38 mild risk factors.For environmental risks,countermeasures for more serious risks and general risk factors are given.Finally,starting from the two aspects of staff and on-site construction,in-depth analysis of the causes of 5 more serious risks and 7 general risks,established the on-site construction risk management system of the project,put forward corresponding project risk countermeasures,and Project risk prevention and safeguard measures are put forward from four aspects: personnel risk prevention,construction risk prevention,electrical construction risk prevention,construction equipment,emergencies and construction environment risk prevention,which provide a reference for the risk management of related power transmission and transformation projects in the future.in accordance with.
