With the growing of the power system,it is necessary to promote the technology ofautomatic control of power system. The automatic quasisynchronizationdevice takes main rolein the power system. Panelling in the incorrect point will bring serious system accident or eventhe system breaking down. To guarantee the security and stability of the power systemoperation and the quality of the electric power, the research and development of new intelligentdevices will become increasingly urgent.This topic analysed the theory of quasisynchronization,combined with the actual projectapplication, designed a automatic quasisynchronizationdevice which was based on thedsPIC30F families of DSC digital signal controller of Microchip Inc..The device functionincluded control the paralleling,measuring and judging condition,quicken the parallel conditionto come,counting the paralleling time point,CAN, RS485 and Ethernet communications, liquidcrystal displays and so on.This article introduced the hardware components and software implementation of thedesigned automatic quasisynchronizationdevice. In hardware part, this article described indetail the voltage sampling circuit,doinand dooutcircuits, power circuit, CANcommunication circuit, RS485 communication circuit, Ethernet circuit and LCD circuit,alsodetailed the functions and applications of DSC and other related components. In software part,the article described in detail the synchronization program, voltage sampling program, LCDprogram, Ethernet program, CAN program and RS485 program, also introduced the ACsampling algorithm,the TCP / IP protocols and relevant information.Finally, the article summarized the design and production of automaticquasisynchronizationdevice, pointing out where shortcomings exist and it can be improved.
