Intelligent buildings have made a fast development in china, but there are a lot of shortcomings in data confiscating and transmission. It is in great need of improvement in such systems. In this thesis, a unitary structure of intelligent buildings is built, and I discussed in detail about Broad Band, integrate route, Field Bus and so on.In my paper, I design a remote measure system consisting of three modules, the first part is data collecting system, the second part is data transmitting system which is based on Ethernet network, and the last part is the supervisory interface of host computer. All the data and instructions are transmitted through Ethernet. By using of this system we can manage all the digital instruments long-distance. At the same time, recurring to the technology of WEB and database, I developed a hypertext page which embedded in LAN, so residents in the area can inquire about the data that they want to know expediently. This system improved in veracity, especially better than other systems in communicate distance.
