Design Of Compressor Oil Injection Management System Based On RS485 And Ethernet Communication

Oil filling is a necessary part of the process of compressor production.With the improvement of enterprise information management level,it is urgent to collect and store the data of injection in order to monitor and trace the oil production process.This paper designed a compressor injection management system based on RS485 and Ethernet communication.It realizes the communication between multiple Mitsubishi PLCs and the host computer,the host computer and server computer.It completes the transmission and storage of oil-related data in the production process.This system satisfies the needs of enterprise information management,facilitates to view injection history data in the future,improves the efficiency of retroactive.The main research work in this paper focuses on:(1)The Mitsubishi PLC communication protocol is analysed,the Mitsubishi MELSEC protocol and no sequence communication protocol are described.In addition,the RS485 communication and Ethernet communication parameter configuration,wiring and support a variety of communication methods are introduced.(2)Four compressor oil lines real-time communication are designed with the host computer.Multiple Mitsubishi PLC on oiling machine communication with the host computer through the RS485,while the host computer and server computer through the Ethernet switch for TCP / IP communication.(3)According to the compressor oil production process,the PLC control procedures of the compressor oil injection management system and the host computer monitoring software are designed.On the basis of the original control program of the oiling machine PLC,the PLC communication service program is used to process the data uploading to the host computer,and the data is prepared for the communication.Compressor oil injection management system software is developed with Microsoft VB 6.0,and realizes the collection of oil information from the PLC in real-time.Because each oil production line product data nearly ten thousand every day,so this paper chooses to fill the oil data into the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 database in real-time.(4)Finally the entire system of laboratory simulation debugging and site actual installation and commissioning is completed.And the management software is used in Qingdao Precision Electrical and Mechanical Services Limited.In the compressor oil filling workshop,each part of the entire system work smoothly.The oiling data in the scene can be successfully transmitted and saved to the host computer and servercomputer.Oil injection management system has been put into practical use for more than a year,and has been running smoothly.The system fully meets the actual needs of enterprises,achieves the enterprise information production management.
