The research of this thesis is a part of project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China" Research on a new tectonic system of energy efficient residential building inXinjiang "(project number is 50768009) presided by my associate professor tutor Wang Wan Jiang . Xinjiang has a typical climatic characteristics which could be registered as dry and hot in summer while cold and frost in winter, rainless, dramastic daytime temperature differences and long duration of sunshine as well as abundant light and heat resources. Based on the characteristics above, with the building technology the paper makes use of comprehensive technique methods to attain the aim that reduces energy consumption. Combined with theoretical calculation, demonstration by experiment, numerical simulation and the market research analysis in a nice balance, practical application of Technology for Economizing Energy of Building are studied from the four following aspects.First, Thickeness of the heat preservation layer of the wall in different directions is studied and a method to optimal thickness of the heat preservation layer of the wall are found out. By Dest analogue computation, the technical measure of reducing insulating course of the external wall in the south are not better, for the range of reducing the insulating courseare too small and not easy to operate by hand for construction.So it is not reasonable to apply it in the design. A suggestion is advanced that the same thickeness of insulating course of the external wall in each direction is to be adopted during the process of design and construction.Second, thermoanalysis is made by use of the software ANSYS to seek the most economical and reasonable methods of thermal insulating work of parapet and rain shelter.Conclusions that availability and logical are found to the parapet and rain shelter which denies the prevenient way of full insulation and cut the costs during the pre-project work.Third, heat transfer coefficient is lowered by adding heat preservation device to the window partly. By the Dest simualtion, it can be seen that the energy-saving benefit is four percents when heat transfer coefficient of the window is reduced by twenty percents and that the energy-saving benefit is nine percents when heat transfer coefficient of the window is reduced by forty percents,which acknowdges the feasibility of using heat preservation device to reduces energy consumption.Fourth, the feasibility of lowering the interior temperature by inducing the freezing air from the north into the room with a plane layout of north-south and natural ventilation is proved by experiment.
