Since twentieth Century, along with the progress of world science and technology and the high-speed development of social productivity, population and economic growth, energy consumption increases ceaselessly, the environmental problems such as global warming, extreme weather, to human survival and development has brought severe challenges. Resources consumption, climate change, environmental pollution and ecological destruction problems threatening the human survival and development. Practice has proved, the traditional development and consumption patterns have been difficult to continue, must make great efforts to seek a population, economy, social development and resources and environment in harmony, can meet the needs of contemporary people, but also can meet the long-term development needs the road of sustainable development.With the rapid development of economy and society in China, the city size has been expended, and there has been a rapid increase in the amount of population and motor vehicles. Traffic congestion, environmental contamination and lack of energy sources which have become more and more serious have attracted attention from society. Therefore, an effieient method which can be elaborated as promotion of public traffic and a prior development of urban public traffic to solve the above problems is attracting more and more attention. The construction of public traffic station is an indispensable step towards the development of urban public traffic. Many insiders and experts hold that public traffic station has become a primary element which hinders the development of urban public traffic. The factors restricting favorable development of station are not only from land, laws, polices and fund, but the lack of theoretical guidance in station planning itself is also a kind of restriction.After induction and summarization of construction planning of public traffic station, this thesis has some innovations and advances, especially in the aspect of environmental harmony in the design. It puts forward the design conception of low impact in station planning, and a design thought of energy conservation in station construction is formed, involving recycle utilization of rain water and building energy conservation in station which are of instructive significance to station planning and optimization. Finally, a deeper understanding of the low impact design theory of station construction is achieved after the practice analysis of energy conservation design of station construction.
