| With the aircraft flying widely, every ATC unit in the flight task need gather the data from place in the sail and implement control operation. The basement of perform flight management is fusing the flight data from ATC units, realizing the current location and next step intention of aircraft. The nations which have developed aviation transportations like America and the Europe all have their own system to uniformly process the flight data. Compare with them, the research in this respect in our country is just starting. The flight data process ways that the ATC units manage in their own ways can not fit the fast development of civil aviation in our country.Base on this request, firstly, the article has inspected the current situation of FDUPP research and operational state of data system home and abroad, then on the base of comprehensively analyze the systematic data source in our country, the dissertation advances general assume and elementary frame design of the Flight Data Uniformly Process Platform (FDUPP). On the base of that, we study the essential technologies in the FDUPP. In allusion to the problem that the telegraph format is confusion and the viscera is with many false, one focus of the dissertation concentrates applying the intelligence algorithm to carry out telegraph analysis. In allusion to the processing mechanism problem of fusing various data source, another focus of the dissertation is with the timeline order to uniformly handle the data source and describe the process by stages. Finally, combining the research production with actual work together, the dissertation put forward the FDUPP system design scheme.The result of the above research has already applied to the system of Xiamen cleared to take off. Through circulating of system, the FDUPP system has strong adaptability, powerful error correction ability, and various data source fusion ability. Therefore, the system can effectively support the flight management work of ATC unit. |
