The Design Of Auto-test System For Power Transformer Parameters

At present, the test of power transformer parameters are mostly operated and read by man in China. Though some enterprises have employed the microcomputer test system to test the power transformer parameters, they have fallen behind, and the items of the system are single and the test degree of automation is not high too. In recent years, some more functional system have appeared, but the price is too high for enterprises. In order to fill the actual requirement of the power transformer parameters test system, it has realistic meaning to develop a system which has high precise, high automaticity, and cheaper price.In this paper, based on formally test system, we supply an overall designed plan of a more automatic system which adopts today's power test technology, computer network technology and automatic control technology. This system can test the parameters of three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and the temperature of surface oil and so on automatically or manually for power transformer.At first, we present the system overall diagram, and expatiate the organization principle of the system. Then, we choose the unit modules which can achieve testing the parameters automatically, include programmable controller module, power parameters monitoring module, temperature acquisition module and network connection card and so on. And we dissertate amply how to seting the each module, connection methods between modules, and finally how to build up the system. At last, the configuration software is used to explore the PC control interface of the system and achieve testing the parameters automatically.The power transformer parameters test system in this paper can be used in testing the power transformer parameters, and it's advantages are convenient operation, advanced management, high level of automation.
