The paper describes the motor car with driver motor parameters testing technology research and design of test system.The design of the electric vehicle motor test system is mainly for the motor vehicle with vector control asynchronous machine drive system,permanent magnet brushless DC motor system,magnetic field directional control permanent magnet synchronous motor system,torque direct control switching reluctance system.The RS485 bus MODBUS communication protocol is used to complete the measurement and control of the power parameter test subsystem,the speed torque test subsystem and the load loading subsystem,and can detect the current,voltage,speed and torque of the electric motor in different load working conditions at the same time.The input power of the motor can be calculated according to the detected voltage and current.The output power can be calculated according to the measured torque and speed.The working efficiency of the motor can be calculated according to the input and output power.The acquisition of voltage,current and input power is done by the power parameter test subsystem.The torque,speed and output power are collected by the speed torque test subsystem.The motor is loaded with a magnetic powder brake,load-loaded subsystem control.The host computer uses c # language to control and data processing programming.Test system can be real-time display of the measured motor voltage,current,speed,torque,power,efficiency and the corresponding curve,manual loading or automatic continuous loading,can be measured complete curve.Power parameter test subsystem,speed torque test subsystem,load load subsystem are using ARM microcontroller to complete the measurement or control.The research methods,algorithms and data processing of torque speed measurement,input voltage,input current,input power,output power and efficiency are studied deeply.Completed the relevant hardware design.The host computer communicates with multiple test subsystems using the RS485 interface according to the Modbus communication protocol.The host computer uses the C # programming language to design and develop an application that displays motor parameter data,curves,and provides preset current to the magnetic brake.The motor detection system realizes the automation of motor parameter monitoring.It has the characteristics of high precision,convenient test and so on.It can be used to visualize and change the parameters of the motor.It is a design scheme with future development potential and wide application prospect.
