| In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the main cities of vehicle ownership is increasing at an alarming rate,the Center area of the city parking abilities ran out of resources,parking demand and supply abnormal sharply contradicted,static transport facilities planning and construction lagged behind,inefficient management tools and other issues had influencing degrees of impact on the city's normal operation of dynamic traffic.The increasing of Center area of the city parking facilities were restricted by the supply of land, capital and other conditions,so the science park management makes more and more attention.In this paper,the use of computer development in the car parking management information systems made useful exploration and initial attempt.The papers include three aspects:First,in the basis of existing research results,analyzing the factors that affecting the demand for parking,summing up the existing parking demand forecasting methods,correcting Parking Generation Rate Forecast Model and proposed to the parking demand-supply forecast Model. Secondly,the paper based on analyzing the car park of the existing problems in China,according to the principle of parking facilities planning and impact factors,in line with the existing theories and methods of parking facilities in the regional planning process and methods,and examples to prove that the method is the feasibility.Thirdly,paper aimed at the current that domestic cities Parking Chaotic situation,learning from the advanced experience and using object-oriented technology to design of advanced car park management information systems.Paper focused on the development of the car park management information systems design,systems architecture,the system functions.Finally,the papers as the design of Chengdu car park management information systems for an example,details of the Centre City car park management information system interface design and functionality to achieve. |
