Research On Energy Saving Technology Of High-rise Residence In Tian Jin

Currently,one of the most immediate and urgent questions faced with human society is the questions between population leap and absent unreborn ground resource. With the increasingly strain status of the domestic ground, the development of high--rise residence gradually manifolds.During the constructing in urban residences, high--rise residence has the superiority in saving ground, the futural real estate market will make high--rise residence as the main residence types, which not only satisfies the demand of the situation of a country, but also adapts to the demand of the development of the environment.With the flourish of high--rise residence, the questions on energy waste of high--rise residence gradually appear up. Juging from the investigates, the number of using air condition on high—rise residence in Tian Jin area attains 90%, thereout coming down to the debating relation between the passive room and the air-condition room.This thesis mainly emphasizes on the passive architectural technology under the air-condition term. In order to attain the comfortable indoor thermal environment, the reasonable passive measures will be actualized to the greatest extent, and made to reduce the unreborn energy consume. In order to estimate the energy consume and indoor thermal environment ,this thesis analyzes the geographical location, climate character and the constructing of high-rise residence in a few years , and investigates the consume of electric power of the users on high-rise residence, through adopting the measures of theory analysis, computer simulation, questionnaire and spot testing. The thesis brings forward the optimized measures of saving energy of high-rise residence in Tian Jin area from the aspect of architecture design and architecture technology, and it sets forth the points in saving technology.At last, aiming at one example of the high-rise residence, the thesis brings forwa- rd the measures of the reconstructing in the aspect of saving technology. It compares and analyzes the saving effect and the economic effect of the reconstructive project, and attains the estimated result. I hope to offers the ideas of saving technology of high -rise residence for the architects in cold area, actualizes the continuable developme- nt of high-rise residence in cold area, achieving the harmonious and the unification b- eween nature, architecture and human.
