In order to induce the vibration of the experimental platform that simulates the 300MW steam turbo-generator rotor shaft system, one robust control method is applied here in this dissertation. Moreover, the transient analysis on the Finite Element Models of the shaft system is also discussed. Some creative work is as following:FE elastic continuous body model are set up, and modal analysis was conducted under the condition of the free and constrained boundary condition. Transient analysis of continuous body model with elastic and rigid support is furthermore conducted with some typical excited torque, and the conclusion is that the continuous body model with elastic support was more suited to dynamic analysis. Flexible multi-body dynamic model of shaft model has been established in ADAMS-Simulink co-simulation system, the dynamics response is achieved.A robust controller is designed to guarantee the tracking errors uniformly and ultimately bounded. At last, the simulation result shows that the robust control law has a higher tracking precision and stability than the open-loop control law by comparison.
