The study on virtual prototyping experiment system is one of the important contents of the applying virtual reality to industry engineering. It adopts new operation model to provide creative method to industry engineering experiment and offers a best platform to help student understand knowledge and improve their operation ability. It promotes education to potential higher level.Actual system in the condition of laboratory is the background of the study on Virtual experiment system of hydraulic carne that realize system simulation in virtual prototyping by personal computer. This research uses CAXA entity design software establish 3-D entity model and transmit it to ADAMS design environment. This method successfully solves the problem of data interface and data transition between CAXA and ADAMS and well preserves cubage information and relative location relation. Furthermore, it builds simulation model of crane mechanical system that respectively belong to three working situation of uprising,rotating and ranging. In the virtual environment, it establishes prototyping of hydraulic system, realizes interfacing experiment data of hydraulic system and mechanism system in the same interface and accomplishes the simulating design of virtual prototyping entire system of carne. In this study, we can simulate and optimize the uprising,rotating and ranging working situation of crane by kinematics and dynamics method. With the building of parameter experiment interface of simulating experiment platform, we can modify the parameter of hydraulic power system and realize experiment analyzing when actual working parameter of crane is changed.The exploitation and study on virtual experiment system of hydraulic carne indicate it is feasible that we explore virtual simulating system of laboratory. This study has very high reference value in simulating machinery,power-generating and hydraulic pressure equipment unify of industry engineering and experiment simulating virtual prototyping of complicated mechanical system.
