This thesis researches the application of Virtual Prototyping technology to the product exploration by researching one new type supply & transport bomb machine of artillery which is being designed. First, with the Pro/Engineer software, three-dimension model has been constructed. Corresponding the kinematics and dynamics models have been established. The Virtual Prototyping of the machine has been constructed. With the ADAMS software, simulation of the system has been done. With the result of kinematics and dynamics analysis, some performances of the machine have been verified and some problems of it have been found. With the result of simulation, corresponding improvement opinions have been proposed. What has been done in thesis provides an effective method and experience for application of Virtual Prototyping technology to the new artillery product exploration. |
