Ball bearing-rotor system is the core part of rotating machinery, widely used in industrial field. As the core component of rotor system, the bearing rotor system dynamic performance greatly depends on the features of ball bearing. At present, the research of the bearing rotor system has deeply turn to the rotor seal, instability and nonlinear direction et al, such as steam oscillation.This study was financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China-Youth Science Fund Project (11002062)"the mechanical system of rolling bearing multi-body contact dynamics research" and Kunming University of Science and Technology Talent Introduction Fund Project (KKSA20091026)" large flexible multi-body dynamics research of rolling bearing". Based on the ball bearings-rotor, multibody dynamics, Hertz theory, basis of bearing dynamics as well as the flexible multi-body dynamics;which ignored the lubrication effect and maintained frame contact impact, considered the cage and the flexibility of the bearing, did the modal and vibration model analysis; meanwhile established the Ball bearing multibody dynamics model,ball bearings-rotor coupled just system virtual prototype model and test mode. Deeply studied the effect of ball bearing in different loads and different impact speed,drive mode and the different factors such as the flexible retainer ball bearing dynamics; and structure parameters, different conditions and unbalance of the rotor system; Through the establishment of ball bearing rotor system test bench,it analysised the ball bearing and wheel unbalance in different conditions of ball bearing rotor system dynamic characteristics test.The main research contents are as follows:(1) The Hertz contact theory, the bearing kinematics theory, theory of multi-rigid-body system, flexible multi-body dynamics theory and the theory of ADAMS flexible body as the base of rotor dynamics theory, Using Pro/E software to establish three-dimensional part model, combined with the ANSYS software to carry out on the cage and bearing flexibility, and modal and the modal analysis, and combined with ADAMS software, ball bearing multi-body system dynamics model is established, the ball bearing-rotor multi-rigid-body system model and the ball bearing rotor coupled multi-body system model; And calculated the contact stiffness, and analysised the ball bearing inner and outer ring and the relationship between the contact stiffness and contact force; Discusses the different driving mode, the different speed, load, and the flexible body effect on multi-body dynamics ball bearings;(2) Based on the ball bearing rotor multi-rigid-body system model and the ball bearing-rotor multi-rigid-body model coupling system, considered the dynamic contact relations of the roller and race, it studied the ball bearing rotor system dynamics simulation analysis from the aspects of the ball bearing structure parameters under the rotor structure parameters and different working conditions;(3) Design and development of a ball bearing-rotor system vibration test bench, discussed the experimental study under different speed and different balance quantity of rotor vibration response characteristics and the unbalance of the rotor. And compared with the validation of ball bearing-the virtual prototype model of rotor coupling of multi-rigid-body system simulation results.
