Underground space exploitation has already been a kind of national policy in many countries, the tunnel engineering plays a very important role in all underground engineering. Tunnel engineering is developed internal and overseas, each research is still a pressing, important and difficult problem in geotechnical engineering. Tunnel engineering costs higher,constructs more difficultly and lasts longer. Just because there are many strong instabilities and inconvertibility which can be occurred in complicated geology and hydrology and civic architectural environment.Firstly, the development of the internal and overseas tunnel engineering and then discusses the domestic problem about it is learned about by this paper. It suggests that we should select the satisfactory construction plan for the practice tunnel engineering and built the feedback control for the whole dynamic construction. So the research direction has been made.We do specific study on conveyance tunnel which is a big cross-section with superficial layer and through a speedway. First of all, this paper simulates the two plans of the tunnel engineering by using finite element method program. According to the calculation results of simulation, the trait of different construction plans had been analyzed. On the basis of Influence factors, the side wall pilot tunnel was confirmed to be the optimized plan by fuzzy evaluation theory method. Further, the optimum excavation subsequence is gain through calculating onside wall pilot tunnel plan by finite element method program and do the sensitivity analysis of soil parameter for affects on excavates. Then, in accordance with the feature of the engineering feedback control, the paper selects the multi-agent technology to make up the tunneling feedback control system. The mind of agent and multi-agent system is introduced, and the flexibility for the tunneling is also discussed. After analyzing the engineering feedback control system by the way of systems analysis, the paper designs the system frame, composes the structure and flow of the subsystem. Finally, the paper realizes the tunneling feedback control system by multi-agent system and debugs the application of the system by hypotheses example.The satisfactory construction plan has selected for the practice tunnel engineering, and the built feedback control system could guide for it. It is hoped that the paper can be referred by design and construction for other tunnel engineering and underground construction.
