Transportation is one of the most basic,leading and strategic industries in the national economy,and one of the most important service industries.Building a modern comprehensive transportation system is an objective requirement to adapt to the new normal of economic development,promote supply side structural reform,promote the implementation of major national strategies and support the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.In the modern comprehensive transportation system,highway transportation has the characteristics of fast,efficient and flexible,which determines that it can greatly promote the rapid economic development and improve people’s quality of life in a large range.During the construction period of highway engineering,as the formation period of highway engineering products,the construction cost changes a lot due to the allocation of on-site resources in the construction stage.The core reason for the increase of the project cost is the construction workers’ operation technology level,the accurate allocation of raw materials and the compression of the construction period caused by the project rush.With the maturity of highway construction technology and the continuous improvement of project management methods,the balanced optimization of quality,construction period and cost of highway construction has become an inevitable trend in the development of highway construction project cost.Therefore,how to allocate resources,improve efficiency and reduce losses,how to maximize resource utilization and minimize construction quality caused by construction period compression are very effective ways to achieve the optimization of project cost in the construction stage of highway engineering.This paper generally focuses on the construction stage of highway engineering,focuses on the scientific allocation of human and material resources,uses the planning theory to achieve the specific quantification of human and material resources,so as to solve the bottleneck problem that resource allocation restricts the optimization of project cost;focuses on the comprehensive quality level of worker classification and construction material allocation in the construction stage of highway engineering,and uses the planning The theory achieves the specific quantification of resources,so as to solve the problem of project cost optimization on the basis of quality control.It focuses on the qualified quality,the matching of construction resources and the continuity of construction technology.The planning theory is used to compress the construction period reasonably,so that the actual construction period is consistent with the original construction period as much as possible,and the actual labor amount is consistent with the original planned labor amount as much as possible,so as to reduce the difference between the actual cost and the original cost Under the condition of construction period compression,the project cost is the best.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper summarizes the research background and analyzes the significance,basedon the theory of engineering cost control,deeply analyzes the research status of engineering cost information data control,prediction and adjustment in the construction stage,and puts forward the concept of dynamic prediction of construction stage engineering cost combining with the characteristics of highway engineering construction.The theory of life cycle cost control is studied and analyzed.This paper expounds the theory of project cost from three aspects of definition,composition and management of project cost,so as to understand the basic framework of cost theory;introduces the basic theory of life cycle cost control,mainly analyzes it from decision-making,design,construction,completion settlement,operation and maintenance and demolition stages,so as to clarify the life cycle cost control method in highway Advantages in construction.In this paper,the control principles of dynamic engineering cost,signal feedback,elasticity and system in construction stage are integrated,the influencing factors of engineering cost in construction stage are deeply analyzed,and the processes and links of dynamic engineering cost control in construction stage are systematically expounded.With the help of the theory of grey correlation analysis,the construction cost of the construction phase is estimated in real time by the structural model,and the causes of the deviation are found out in time through the deviation analysis,and the dynamic adjustment measures in the construction phase are determined.With the help of linear programming theory,under the condition of fully considering the coordination and balance of human resources and material resources,taking the minimization of explicit cost and implicit cost as the objective function,the optimization and adjustment model of project cost based on resource allocation is constructed;the technical level of construction personnel,the coordination and scheduling ability of construction equipment supply and the reasonable allocation of construction materials are fully considered Under the constraints of level and other conditions,to ensure the construction quality is qualified,the optimization and adjustment model of project cost based on project quality is constructed with the minimization of resource use and quality level as the objective function;under the constraints of full consideration of the maximum utilization rate of construction resources,the speed of material use of operators and the continuity of construction technology,the cost and the increase of construction resources are reduced by the construction period Taking the minimization as the objective function,the optimal adjustment model of project cost based on the compression of construction period is constructed.In the case study,the optimization scheme is compared with the traditional scheme,which shows that the optimization scheme reduces the cost of highway engineering obviously,and provides certain technical support for the quantitative optimization of engineering cost in the construction stage.
